Having graduated from Punjab University Pakistan with a degree in Bachelors of commerce , Waqas began his career in property in 2008, at a top Dubai estate agency. Over the last 17 years, Waqas has grown and managed teams in sales, leasing, property management and financial services. Waqas also spent ten years heading up the expansion and acquisition plan of the Karachi Pakistan largest textile group in Pakistan before taking the position of Director for Dubai and the Home Country, running a network of 10 branches. Waqas joined the Uniqe Style Real Estate family in 2022 as Director of Brokerage, managing sales and leasing for both residential and commercial departments.
Uniqe Style Real Estate was birthed with the pure vision of advancing and evolving the dynamics of real estate by implementing novel strategies and a customer-centric approach. A young graduate had a dream to establish a brokerage that would implement vigorous marketing strategies along with remarkable customer support. This idea then took the form of Uniqe Style Real Estate Brokers, LLC. Mrs Saba Waqas is that young , mother of 4 kids and ambition driven woman behind USR! Mrs Saba Waqas graduated in Business Arts from Karachi University, Pakistan. She also had a Experienced in Marketing from MME Textiles Karachi. She originally initiated USR when she relocated to Dubai where she had already established a strong repute by then.
